Breckenridge STR License After Ownership Change in Same Entity

Has anyone ever seen the Town of Breckenridge, CO take a position on whether an STR license can remain in place after a stock sale or other equity sale where the property stays titled in the same entity? The STR remains under the same entity with the same EIN, but the owners of that entity change.

This does not appear to trigger any technical requirement under the Town's ordinances or STR rules that would automatically require a new STR license. That said, I was curious whether anyone has actually encountered this and seen the Town take a position one way or another.

Hey Matt - I recommend looking in local STR host groups. This group is nationwide and this is very niche/specific. Good luck!
