    Don't have a specific name but the best way to find one is to search active STR listings in Raleigh on Airbnb and cross-reference the addresses on Zillow
    The agent names on the buyer side of those transactions are your strongest leads

    Worth also checking the Raleigh Real Estate Investors Facebook group
    STR-focused agents get recommended there regularly by people who have actually worked with them

    One thing worth flagging for your client before they commit to a market: Raleigh and Wake County have been actively reviewing STR regulations
    Worth getting the current permit and zoning picture for any specific address before they buy
