I'm looking to learn more about the challenges that STR owners face - I don't have a property yet and I want to learn about how I can serve and get involved in this industry before I do have one.

If you have a minute, I’d value input from current hosts on three specific points:

1. What was your biggest unexpected operational expense in year one?
2. How do you handle reliable turnover/cleaning management from a distance?
3. If you were starting over today, what tool or software would you set up on Day 1?
