Does anyone have any experience with short term rentals in the Bryan/College Station, TX area? Are regulations conducive to renting? It seems like an area with affordable home prices and plenty of traffic with the university and football games.
@Wynn Kopriva there are only 7 home football games per year what about the other 358 days? Check the Airbnb calendars of properties in the area it only takes about 20 minutes to figure out how much money they’re making.
There's a lot of refineries around Houston. Rent STRs to refinery contractors. That's what I do in Coffeyville Kansas. 23 STRs, 83 beds, 37 toilets; and I have a cleaning lady that does the work for free. Also get to sleep with her.
