However, since we are staying out of the country, we would like to look for a reliable airbnb property management companies to do the end-to-end management from task i.e. listings, fixing a broken lock, get the house clean, liaise with guest etc.
You should consider managing yourself. All you really need is a great cleaning company to handle cleanings and turnovers and a handyman. A PM is just going to hire this out and take 30% of your gross income making it very difficult for you to be profitable.
Thanks for your advice but i won’t consider to manage myself since I have a full time job plus currently live in another time zone. Even a deeper cut of profit is okay, I think would still be profitable in this market if it’s run correctly.

I don’t purchase my air bnbs. I just lease them from owners but management company is very helpful.
