Has anyone had experience with renting furniture for a short term rental? If so are there any companies that are recommended? I know if a person wants to keep a short term rental long-term for an investment they would be better off buying the furniture and such. My thoughts were Since I am not certain as to whether or not a short term rental would be a good fit I am a little nervous to go whole hog and buy everything upfront.

I buy furniture from estate auctions.  The 4 major appliances too.  I can furnish an empty 3 bedroom house for under $1000, and fit all the things on my 16 foot trailer.  Sometimes I'll buy all the furniture and leave it on the trailer parked in a garage before I even start looking for a house to buy.
