Hey BP! A friend and I are trying to create a fool proof way to automate our Airbnb cleaning schedule. We currently create a google doc and right down the dates with time frames that we need the cleaners to clean, but sometimes guest decide to leave early so we have to hop back into that google doc sheet and update it ,and then send it back out and explain what happen to our cleaners. We are looking into using google calendar and add the events and send the cleaners invites. but other than this Do any of you have current processes you would recommend to have a more automated way to schedule and update time frames for cleaners?

I am using YourPorter. Like many other rental management platforms, it keeps my cleaners updated automatically. It sends them a reminder the day before, but my cleaner also has a link to the yourporter calendar for cleaning events. They can see the check in and check outs and know whether or not it is a turn, which in my case they mostly are turns. Where I am in the loop, is in our check out procedures we have the guests text us the cabin name they are in when they leave. If I receive that early in the morning, I let my cleaner know the place is ready if she wants to get there early based on her schedule.

@Santiago Belmonte uplisting at joinuplisting.com is an excellent resource that I've found. They automate so much more it's an incredible resource for STR owners and managers

YourPorter is not the only one. There is quite a list of platforms that help you manage your listings across multiple channels. And most of them have features for scheduling your cleaner. They all have good and bad about them. For instance YouPorter support is awful but the product normally works well for me.

@Santiago Belmonte turnoverbnb.com is free for first property or 6/month for each additional property. Also look into other automation improvements like beyond pricing or price labs that help with tweaking your pricing automatically to help maximize revenue.

@Ken Boone - hello , I use your porter as well .. one thing i am trying to figure out is how to have 2 sets of cleaners shared schedule ? I have 2 sets of cleaners and I have to manually assign them dates ..Any idea ?
I wake up in the morning and tell the lady sleeping next to me that she needs to clean such and such places.
Yeah, hahaha - pretty much the same! But I am part of the cleaning crew as well.....we make it a fun excursion, usually an hour of cleaning followed by lunch and beers.....
