Davenport/Orlando new build Short term rentals

I am looking for short term rentals in the Orlando area. So far I have looked at new builds like the Azur resorts, the Windsor resort and Solara. I do like the Azur resorts but looking for feedback from folks in the area and experts if this makes sense as a str. I am located in Canada so any advice that steers me in the right direction is welcome.

@Ryan Moyer as you know I don't recommend using any management company at all. Self management is the only way to maximize cash flow.
