@John Underwood has the correct answer as usual. The ONLY way to know what your house, in your area, against your competition will actually do is to run your own numbers from doing your own comps taken from their sites.
Sorry, I know most people nowadays want an easy and quick online tool, and there are a few, but none of them will be a substitute for doing your own research.....!
