Hi all!! I’m looking for any local investors in the Winchester, Va area, NOVA, or WV?
I’m new and wanted to introduce myself. I’m married with 1 son who is currently 15 months old. Me and my husband are starting investing together and trying to navigate being a professional team. Any tips for married teams would be appreciated.

I'm an investor/realtor (licensed in VA and MD) based in Leesburg, VA looking at the I81 Corridor (Martinsburg, Winchester) for buy and hold. More than happy to connect and consider joint ventures.
Please count me in for a meet up as well I live in Leesburg, VA. I have 2 townhouses and 1 large condo with garage in Ashburn/Leesburg area and a fairly large single family out in Berryville VA. I mostly got in around 2008-2013 and knew income is a bit lower around here but property values would go up eventually. I've been really focusing in on stocks, cryptocurrency (also started getting into crypto ASIC mining) ever since but been waiting for a big crash so I can possibly scoop up some properties a bit cheaper. I have a full time job in Tech and 3 kids but eventually would like to do the investments full time..

Hello Winchester area, I need a house! We have been house hacking up in Martinsburg for almost two years, but we have another kid on the way and need some room.
I am new to Bigger Pockets and real estate investment in general. I'm thrilled with the wealth of info and the ability to align with others in this field. I am currently partnered with my brother, working as handymen. We are searching for our first rehab deal in Shenandoah County but would also love to buy into multifamily properties. I just signed up for BP pro. I am quite new in taking such action; however, I have been teaching myself for awhile on REI. I just needed to seize such opportunities & get the proper guidance through BP. I was referred to this by a friend after being so disappointed w/ a program that I wanted to join but whose cost got increased over few weeks. I understand that investing in RE or becoming an investor can be costly, but $20k for a whole year to have access to mentorship it's way beyond me.
I just hope that here I will be able to get the specialized knowledge in order to move forward as a REI.
So glad I found this thread. I live in Loudoun County and had a contract on a duplex in Winchester but the property had foundation problems found during the inspection that I was not in a position to handle as a newbie. I'm interested in investing in Winchester, Stevens City, and into WV. I've joined the I81 FB group and a few others. I saw there might be a meet-up in the Winchester area?
