Hello everybody,
Just a few words to introduce myself. I am a young entrepreneur and marketing graduate from Montreal, Canada. I have been to university in Fullerton and absolutely fell in love with SoCal. I bought my first triplex about 2 years ago and have also sold my first house flip last July. Thus, I am relatively new to real estate investment, but I cannot get my head off it since I started.
I am looking to relocate in SoCal eventually and to start investing there as well.
It's really nice to meet all of you and hit me up if you have any job or investment opportunities to share!
I use to live on the Côte Sud (Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu), then in MTL (Rue St-Denis) many, many years ago.
We too are looking at opportunities in the US these days. We are still purchasing here at home, but property prices and operating costs are higher here.
You will find BP a valuable resource, especially if your plans are to invest in the U.S.A. Even if you acquire more properties here at home, most of the advice carries across the border ... regulations, financing and, of course, taxes are different here.
