New investor looking for mentor

Hey guys,

My name is Monty and was hoping to meet up with some investors locally here in Orlando for mentorship/advice.  I purchased my first house 2 years ago here in Orlando and am currently house hacking (4 rooms are rented). Wanted to run some ideas by them and discuss future investment purchases (thinking turnkey properties out of state) and overall real estate strategy. Hope everyone has a great rest of their week!

 There is a great local meetup that @Bernadeau C.hosts on the first Saturday of each month. This month we have a local contractor coming to talk about estimating renovation costs as well as what to watch out for when hiring a contractor.
