Semi new investor seeking partners/friends Michigan
Hello all! New here but not new to real estate investing. I was a realtor for a few years and also have done a few flips. I currently own a four unit Multifamily building in Genesee county Michigan. I would love to start networking with fellow Michiganders to start doing some fix and flips again! I’m rather handy when it comes to fixing things and I’m currently an electrician which can come in handy. I can bring cash to the table and have another partner that will also contribute financially.
