Aspiring Real Estate Investor in the DMV Area

Hey BP community! My name is Jean and I am very excited to join the BiggerPockets community. I've been listening to the BP podcast for a few years now but I finally decided to take action and get involved in real estate. I am currently based in Washington DC and would love to invest in the DMV area and Baltimore. My goals with joining BiggerPockets is to learn how to build a real estate portfolio using the buy-and-hold method. One fun fact about me is that I can play 5 different musical instruments!
