Hello to all!!! I have been following BP for a long time but his is my first post. My name is Duane Mangalindan, I live in Jackson, TN. I have been here for 5 years originally from L.A. I'm a Real Estate Agent by trade & a RE investor at heart & mind. Thanks to Josh Dorkin & Brandon Turner & their AMAZING podcast. Especially the ones with Chris Clothier & Mike Lacava. Any tips on trying to narrow down a niche?

Thanks for jumping in finally posting :) And thanks for the shout out - that's always great! @Joshua D. and I always enjoy putting on the podcasts, so it's great that you can put up with our bad jokes! The shows with @Chris Clothier and @Mike LaCava were amazing, I agree!
As for narrowing down a niche - I'd say you have to find that convergence point between your skills, time, and finances. Where do all three meet? Thoughts?
