I currently own 1 single family home in Rotonda West, FL that has been a success so far for LTR/STR the past year now. I'm looking to breakthrough into the multi family market next in the Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg area! House Hacking is the way I want to implement this as I'm a single 26 year old guy and I think this is the smartest way to keep buying RE and creating cash flow with low barriers. I'm looking for multi family homes now so if you have any advice I'd greatly appreciate it!

Hey Robert, I'm a broker in Tampa and I house hack myself. I primarily work with investors, especially one's looking to house hack or buy multi family. I've done a lot of different deals in Tampa and know the area very well, I would love to connect.

I think Tampa/St Pete is a killer market for a house hack. 10/10 recommend connecting with @Josh Green, he is the go to man for anything in that market and an investor himself!
