Hello.  My name is Tony and I currently live in Michigan. I have 7 doors as of now in Michigan and I am looking to investing in Florida.  I am interested in southern Florida maybe central also.. I would like to get into an air bnb (if I haven't missed the boat), or even a multifamily.  Any investor friendly realtors in Fla. please feel free to contact me. Eventually I would like to consider moving down to fla too (or even part time). Looking forward to hearing from you!!

Hi  @Tony Benacquista, I know realtors all throughout Florida in the areas that you have mentioned that work with investors. Message me and I'll share their contact info with you!

Hey Tony, how's it going? You might get better cash flow in Michigan but I think the bigger appreciation will be here in south FL. I am an investor (small MF LTRs) and realtor based in Fort Lauderdale. I'll send you a PM.

Hi Tony, welcome to FL market!

I'd advise to try Airbnb only if the property can be rented to a long-term tenant and cash flow at 6+ cap rate if needed.

Multifamily is a good investment in SoFlo, a lot of local people are still in need for average-priced housing.
