Intro, MTRs, and investor-friendly real estate agents recommendations

Hi everyone,

I'm new to BP, and new to real estate investing. I'm interested in connecting with other investors and investor-friendly real estate agents, focusing in MTRs in Kansas City.

I'm interested in a 2-bedroom house (SFR or duplex), ideally near hospitals and/or universities and research centers.

Are there any real estate agents you would recommend from personal experience? Knowing how to analyze deals would be a great plus.

Hi Marcelo,

Michigan is a great state to live in. What area did you live in?

I am originally from Metro Detroit, I went to college in Kalamazoo, and I now live in Grand Rapids with my family. We still own some properties in Metro Detroit but have been focusing on West Michigan the past few years.

If you are looking to connect with a local investor friendly real estate agent click on the Find an Agent tab at the top of the page. It will connect you with a few agents in your local area.
BP also has a great rental property tool that will help you to analyse potential properties.

@Marcelo Murai how are you going to screen agents to make sure you're dealing with one that has the actual investing experience, and can document it, that you'll need to succeed?

Hi @Marcelo Murai what's stopping you from MTR in New Jersey? It has been a huge success so far, some major rents being collected in NJ :)
