Tampa is a great place to live and its rapidly growing in terms of population and new construction. I am over in Pinellas County, FL and we just hit an all time high for tourism. Just closed on a property in Hyde Park great opportunities for buyers right now.
I prefer to be closer to the Gulf Beaches there is more to do in terms of Beach, Boating, waterfront dining and more. Tampa is great for the nightlife and offers a lot of new places to wine/dine but the traffic can get a little crazy. Downtown Tampa is the business hub and you cannot go wrong if your looking to get a job and be in the mix.
