Hello BP Community,

My name is Lucas Bennett, I am 28 years old, and I would like to connect with all of you.

I have been reading the forum posts pretty religiously for the last 6 months or so, and I finally decided to make a legitimate profile and introduce myself.

I am a big believer in learning by doing, and have worked on a couple real estate deals so far that have already taught me (sometimes the hard way) more about this industry than I thought I would ever know. The advice and questions on BP have really helped me work through a lot of complications that inevitably arise in these deals.

I am also a big believer in getting out what you put in, and that includes networking. I'm here to talk with people, hash out ideas, work through problems, discuss potential deals, and hopefully make some good connections - connections that can translate from the interweb into the real world.

If anyone in the Portland area ever wants to meet up for coffee or a beer, whether the topic of conversation is real estate analysis or how beautiful the Pacific NW is, I am always game.
