Whats up everyone? Im glad to be here and take part in this community. I am from the South Coast of Mass about 45 mins south of Boston. I am looking to learn about finding my own wholesale deals, fix and flip, brrrrrr and other relevant strategies! I Would love to invest in my back yard but I am open to buying anywhere nation wide. Im Vince, and I have been a Realtor for 12 years in PA. I specialize in STR and LTR in the Pocono mountains, and NEPA Area! Love what I do, and this community has helped create relationships with people I would have never had the pleasure of meeting otherwise.

    Hey @Trevor Newton, I've been house hacking since 2020 north of Boston, in Beverly. Def my favorite strategy to get started in this market.

    @Vince Scipione I would love to connect and hear about your past deals and current deals more so LTR! Not too far from where I am & I do love the Pocono's!

    @Daniel McDonald I do agree house hacking does mitigate some risk! That wouldn't work for my current scenario! I've got a strong background in Carpentry, Concrete, Utility work so I would like to do a fix and flip or brrrr! Youre fairly local to me I am based out of New Bedford
