Brand New Investor
Hi everyone! I'm Lamar and I'm a brand-new investor in the Triad area of NC. I've been following BP for awhile and I currently have 1 property that I manage that is a family-owned property. I'm looking to expand the portfolio and get into wholesaling and the long-term rental space. Would love to connect with fellow wholesalers to pick your brains about proper do-s and don'ts.
