@Jaycee Greene thank you! I'm looking at SFR right now, but am open to duplexes. My price range is 110k - 150k. Closer to turn-key is better, but I don't mind minor issues.

I think it's a great idea considering Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania provides many great short and long term rental opportunities considering the amount of hospitals and incoming businesses. Looking to connect!
