Hi everyone, my name is Mark and I’m based in Bentonville, Arkansas. By day I’m a truck driver, and I’ve recently decided to get serious about real estate investing as a long-term path to financial independence.

Right now, I’m focused on learning as much as I can and preparing to purchase my first property — ideally a fourplex or larger multifamily in Northwest Arkansas that I can live in and rent out. My long-term goal is to grow a portfolio of income-producing properties while building strong local connections.

I’m excited to be part of this community, and I’d love to connect with other investors in Arkansas or anyone who has advice for someone just starting out. Looking forward to learning and contributing here!
