Hi everyone, my name is Mark and I’m based in Bentonville, Arkansas. By day I’m a truck driver, and I’ve recently decided to get serious about real estate investing as a long-term path to financial independence.
Right now, I’m focused on learning as much as I can and preparing to purchase my first property — ideally a fourplex or larger multifamily in Northwest Arkansas that I can live in and rent out. My long-term goal is to grow a portfolio of income-producing properties while building strong local connections.
