Hello, just seeing who is out here in a world that is new to me
Hello to everyone out here. I am working toward making my first purchase. It is both exciting and terrifying but I am emotionally committed to the effort. I would love to have some words of encouragement and see who is out here in my area. Hoping to learn from those who have gone before me.

No one grows as a person until they are doing things that make them uncomfortable.
If you played it safe your entire life you will not get very far. Real estate is like getting married, its a long term relationship that you are 100% ready to dive in but still have some doubts. Real estate has a better long term success though than marriage. So look at it that way :)
