New Member - MTR Landlord and AI Agents
Hi Everyone!
I've known about BP for a long time and thought I'd finally take the plunge and post. I have a few rental properties in the mountain west and have started to automate a few of my processes with AI (software engineer/consultant by day). Excited to connect with folks on here.

@Patrick McHeyser Nice to e-meet you Patrick , I'm a big fan of Denver metro myself and also invest locally as well, I don't do MTR yet, but I know a lot of investors that do. I focus more on long-term strategies such as rent by room, sober living, normal market tenants and Section 8.
Definitely interested in AI solutions for typical landlord issues!
