Hi everyone!  I’m an investor turned property manager turned back-office support accounting professional.

I started as a real estate investor, then built a property management company to gain control over operations and performance. As we scaled, it became clear that clean accounting and solid back-office systems were the real bottleneck for growth. That experience led me to co-found FONDiFi, a real-estate-focused accounting and back-office firm built specifically for investors and property managers.

I’m here to learn from the community, share lessons from the operator side, and connect with others who care about strong fundamentals, clean books, and scalable systems.
