Hello everyone! My name is Devon, and I am a new out-of-state investor based in Southern California, currently focused on the Indianapolis suburbs. My wife and I recently purchased our first duplex and are planning to acquire additional properties this year. I’m here to network with like-minded investors, share experiences, and build new connections.

In our duplex, we have a Section 8 tenant and are preparing to place another. We’re still learning the process and have encountered some unclear guidance from our property manager. If anyone has experience with Section 8 in Indiana and are willing to share their insights and experiences I would really appreciate the opportunity to learn from you.

@Devon Olsen --- I have always considered @Harvey Levin to be the section 8 expert for Indianapolis -- He has written a few forums about it in the last few weeks, go search for those.  Also, @Chris Mullinax with CRM properties does a lot with IHA and Section 8 in the Indy area.
