Hey Taylor, welcome in. Tampa’s a great market to be learning and active in. I’m a local broker and investor here and spend most of my time helping people buy, manage, and grow investment properties around Tampa and Central Florida.   @Jorge Vazquez Thanks for connecting! Over the last year or so I’ve been working on changing up my portfolio a bit, less single family homes and into some more commercial or small Multifamily deals. I sold one of my brokerages recently so I’m back focused on growing the investment portfolio and a couple other business opportunities I have.
