First time I joined this group. Figured I'd put myself out there. Looking to help, guide or share experiences with anyone looking to learn.

Experienced private lender, real estate investor and entrepreneur for over 20 years. 

Have been involved in deals excesses of $100m. Both in Canada and US.

I actually reside in Saint Petersburg as well as work with investors in Florida as well as Nationwide. Bigger Pockets has given me and millions of other Investors, Bankers, Realtors, and more an amazing platform to communicate. In a way that helps remove the learning curve and gap for anyone looking to learn to build and manage an REI Portfolio.

Florida is an amenity state so its a little easier to find a hidden gem versus other states like CA, NY, NJ, CT, or other states with a higher sale prices and taxes! Pinellas County is one of the "Hot Hubs" in Florida and over the next 3-5 years it will regenerate from a partial decline in certain neighborhoods to increasing by the Gulf Coast Beaches.

    Amol, welcome to the BP community. You have an impressive background and depth of experience. You may also consider joining a local REIA and offering mentorship to newer investors. There is always strong demand for seasoned operators willing to share real world insights, especially from someone who has executed at your scale.
