Architectural Design and Real Estate

Hello everyone,

I’m an architectural designer and recently started a small design studio working across architecture, interiors, and furniture.

I'm joining BiggerPockets because I’m interested in connecting with investors and house flippers with a keen interest in design and the value it adds in real estate.

Best,
Philippe.

Philippe, I'm going to give you kudos...and I'm sure you've been frustrated by this yourself. When I see someone say "I'm a designer", 99 times out of 100, their qualifications consist of knowing how to find the paint section at Home Depot and how to pick the best filter for their Instagram pics. I'm always screaming on here "log in to Linked In and look at someone's background before you do business with them." I did and you, sir, are the real deal. A Masters in Architecture. Impressive. There are a lot of pretenders on here and you are not one of them. I hope you find tons of business on here.
