Hello from a super fresh rookie into REI!
Hey yall! Recently decided to pursue a career in property management, with the end goal of owning multifamily apartment complexes and hopefully some commercial properties as well!
Although I'm currently still applying for a job (the market is ROUGH), I've been slowly trying to see what it actually takes and means to own property! Would love any advice, insight, things you all wished you knew earlier! Eager to learn and grow!
