Hello Everyone,

My name is Michael and I am a licensed residential builder/remodeler and home inspector in the Metro-Detroit area of Michigan. I have been self-employed for over 20 years and have done many projects for residential and commercial investors as well as a few flippers. My business partner Stephanie and I are forming an investment company and have been researching real estate investment and rehabbing for the last year and are ready to put what we have learned into action.

We are actively looking for our first property and are looking forward to this new venture. We are both very motivated and have no doubt we can succeed, especially with the information available here at biggerpockets.com. We found out about biggerpockets.com through a real estate podcast and the host spoke very highly of this site. I have been reading these forums and have been so impressed with the wealth of knowledge and the selfless sharing of information and ideas that I joined and plan to become a paid member in the near future.
