Hi BiggerPockets, Joey here from Greater Seattle
Hi everyone, I’m Joey. I work in SEO and digital marketing for GPS Renting, a residential property management company serving the Greater Seattle area.
A big part of my work involves researching the local rental market, creating educational content for property owners, and understanding the questions landlords are actually asking about leasing, pricing, tenant screening, maintenance, regulations, and property management.
I joined BiggerPockets because I’d like to learn directly from landlords, investors, and other real estate professionals, especially those active in Seattle and the Eastside.
I’m also hoping to contribute where I can by sharing useful rental market data, SEO and marketing insights, and observations from the property management side of the industry.
