New Here - Seeking direction towards retirement and financial freedom

Hello all and happy Saturday!

The weekends here and I’m able to slow down to gather myself. I figured why not join the BP forums and connect with others who may have at one point been in my situation or are currently navigating it. I can’t be the only one, right?

I’m unsure where to post my story and seek advice. Feel free to point me in the right direction.

    This is a great place with tons of knowledge. If you’re new to real estate I’d explore the different ways to invest in real estate! Get a feel for what you’re interested in and then ask some questions!

    Here are a couple to name a few:

    Buy and Hold: Buying for long term

    House Hacking: Buying a property to live in and rent out extra rooms.

    Fix and Flip: Renovate a property to resell

    Wholesale: Find deals for investors and they pay you a finders fee

    BRRRR: Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat

    As a plumber if you have any questions on sewer scopes, water heater, or anything else plumbing or renovation wise I’d be more than happy to help!
