Hi Everyone :)
My name is Tanya, 25 years old. I'm originally from Thailand. I'm so excited about investing in RE market!!! I've been spending a few hours a day studying about how to wholesale the properties. Still have a lot more to learn. I live in LA, but my work is in culver city. So I pretty much know both areas.
Well, I'm glad that I can be a part of BP and I'd LOVE to see you guys in the near future ;)

Hi Tanya! Welcome and congrats on your first post! I too am in the same spot as you are (Orange County area). Keep on truckin and use what resources you have to your advantage! :D

welcome @Tanya Jayakom BP. It is good to see local person. There are many good resource on the BP so don't forget to check it out ! I hope I will see you in the future. I just went to Culver City and love it ! There will be REI club open soon in Culver City.
Check out the free BiggerPockets Podcast - A weekly podcast with interviews and a ton of great advice. And you get the benefit of having over 70 past ones to catch up on.
Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers.
You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing. Rents can be 2-4 times more. Remember you don't have to own a property to control it.

It's really nice to meet you guys here :) I'd definitely love to go to REI networks and meetings! I can't wait to meet people who have the same passion as me! I promise I will do whatever it takes to be a sophisticated investor in the near future ;)
