Hello everyone, My name is Brad Stillabower, I am currently researching everything under the sun looking to get into the Real Estate Investment business. I am currently working for a large corporation, and am burning to work for myself and within a great network of people. I have never been so excited to get started in something as I am with this. In reading the many post in the forums here, there is a great number of awesome people all willing to help each other, which is what I love about this world. So I look forward to future discussions and relationships with all that I have the privilage to do so with. Make it a great day, thank you.

    Thanks all, excited and ready to get going.

    @Rodney Kuhl - I believe I would like to get started in wholesale, build my cash flow, and begin to expand from there. That said, I have a ton of research to do yet, so plans may change.

    I would like to work Indy and south. How long have you been at it? What are your thoughts on the Indianapolis area? I would like to talk more once I have some more info under my belt, just trying to make contacts and network right now. Always looking for ways to help others, in any way I can. Thanks for reaching out

    @Brad Stillabower - To link to another person properly in a post (and have them notified), after you enter the @ sign and starting typing the users name, click on the user's name from the list that should appear at the bottom of the text box. The name should highlight in blue.

    Welcome to BP! I'm a southsider of Indianapolis as well, a couple miles south of the loop. I wouldn't call myself an investor quite yet but actively making lifestyle changes to get there!
