New here... Where can I post my investment properties for sale?

Hello-

Looking forward to checking out this resource.

To be honest I'm looking to connect with people interested in hands-free investment properties that I manage with renters in them as we speak.

I have investors all over the world that only need to open the mail and cash the checks I send.

I know all sites have specific TOS and don't want to make an mistakes when just starting out so if anyone can tell me where/how to list my properties for sale I would really appreciate it.

I'm curious to see how well this site works in finding new partners in the real estate investment business.

To post properties you have to be a pro or plus member, and list them in marketplace.  Or it is acceptable to send them to people via pm if requested.  Welcome to BiggerPockets.

@Christopher Beale  is correct.  Post properties for sale in the Marketplace.  You'll need a paid account:  http://www.biggerpockets.com/pro

Be cautious sending ads through PM's.  Its up to the receiver to decide if your message is spam.  If they report it to us as spam or if you're sending the same message to multiple recipients your ability to send PM's may get blocked by our automatic filters.

    Thanks Christopher-

I am doing a promotion. Can I Post the promotion in a forum then let people message me that are interested or do I need to post it in the marketplace?

@Chris Randall  any sort of promotion must be posted in the Marketplace.
