Starting out in San Bernardino, CA and the Inland Empire.
Hey Bigger Pockets,
My name is Jorge Ortega and I'm just starting out in real estate. Im newly licensed as a sales agent and looking for a broker to work with. I've been as assistant for two real estate offices. That doesn't mean i don't plan on investing. My family and I are working towards flipping, we already buy and hold.
As a new agents I got a lot going for and against me. Im worried that my young age (23) will be a problem in listing homes. What do you all think?

Thanks for your replies and my apologies for taking so long but I've been busy getting myself ready since i've just joined KW in Riverside Central.
