Good afternoon, My name is Steven. I'm 26 y/o and have a great interest in finding the right Realestate agent and building a strong rewarding team to flip homes, purchase distressed properties, short sales and foreclosed homes here in Ct. I'd be looking at homes in the Fairfield and New Haven counties(may drift further away but I'd like to start there as I'm most familiar.). I am new and wouldn't mind a mentor to call on or someone who would show me the ropes. I already established a company and obtained a contractors license and renovation team.
