Hi all,
I joined BiggerPockets recently and I am active investor/landlord in Nevada.
I am interested in various type of deals from SFR, Multi-Family, Wholesale, Flips, and etc.
At this point, I have done few SFR investment deals and looking to get into Multi-Family in near future (few months). I am highly motivated and continue to educate myself with this forms, discussing with real people, or reading the recommended books.
I am happy to talk to everyone on this form who like to give me advise, correct my thoughts, oppose to my comments, or possibly mentoring me as well as I hope to provide any information and experience to new investor or become a partner for deals as I grow.
You have come to the right place to learn. Start listening to all the podcasts (as much as possible) and be active in the forums. This will allow you to sharpen your skills!
