Hello my husband Rod and I are starting out in the investment game we are excited to get started and meet many other investors we can work with we have three young children and are tired of being trapped in the rat race
Getting into real estate is a wise move @Tina Encarnacion. Best way there is to get out of the rat race. Kids grow up too fast and life is too short for that.

@Tina Encarnacion welcome to BP. It's good to see someone else from the Bay Area. Depending on your goals and objectives, the Bay Area might be a tough market. If you're goal is cash flow, you'll most likely have to look out of state. I have a lot of experience with Indianapolis and Kansas City which are good cash flow markets.
