Hello, 

My name is Adam Lea and I am currently living in Charleston, SC. I am a recent graduate from the College of Charleston, and now work as a financial analyst for a large multifamily real estate company. I am looking to grow my network to assist me as I begin investing in single family and small multifamily rental properties.     @John Semanchuk I am looking for turnkey multifamily. I am not opposed to making some needed improvements, but don't want to take on a major rehab now.

    I'm new to Charleston (and the BP forums). My company focuses on single family home renovations. Feel free to reach out to discuss.

    We've done some work in Asheville, NC but I am excited to get started in Charleston. There are plenty of opportunities here to go around.

    @Adam Lea welcome to Bigger Pockets. I close on a our first Charleston home this coming week. We are really impressed with the area and what it has to offer, save for this storm that is apparently wreaking havoc on you guys! We are looking for another property in the W. Ashley area. As important, I am also looking to connect with some great BP folks out there in Charleston.
