I've been mostly reading the posts here.  I've always been interested in real estate.  I want to get my feet wet in real estate investing but currently I'm educating myself on the ins and outs of becoming an RE investor.  I'm open to advice.  I feel that once I make that first deal things will fall into place.  My biggest hurdle will be coming up with money for my real estate ventures.  I'm reading up on everything on low and/or no money down investment opportunities.
