Hey everyone,

I have spent quite some time on BP and posted a few questions in the forum but I never really introduced myself. My name is Michael and I live in Newbury Park, CA. My wife and I are planning to get into buy and hold real estate. We currently own a condo in Newbury Park, CA and a 4 plex in Germany. We got into real estate because my wife kept yelling at me for spending our money on cars and other "toys" haha. She asked me to find a way to invest the money instead of spending it so I started reading books and BP ;-)
