Hello All!

My name is Crystal and I am fairly new to BiggerPockets. My interests in real estate began in my teen years (I am in my late 20’s now) and I have decided to finally take action! I have read several books, blogs, watched YouTube videos and now began listening to the podcasts. I have experience in property management am I am seeking to gain experience in Buy and Hold investing, Rental properties and fix & flips. I look forward to networking and connecting with you all!

    @Crystal Davis. Welcome, your in great company.  I also am relatively new to BP.  There is a  huge amount of info to soak up but the environment here encourages you to move forward. If we are determined I believe we will do very well.

    Thank you! @Rasheema Abduls-Salaam and yes there is a lot to soak in. I haven't gotten that far yet however I am familiar with Prince George's county and Montgomery County in Maryland. I will save the out of area searching for later lol
