My husband and I are retired military and we own Top Bragg Realty & Property Management (TBR) in Fayetteville, NC.  We were already busy Realtors but we recently began acquiring foreclosures/distressed properties and that has been AWESOME. We purchased and sold 6 rehabs last year and the goal is to double that in 2016.

Hi @Latonia Parks , I am an agent in Atlanta and investor, are your properties only in the Fayetteville area? Do you ever come across any properties located in Charlotte?

Welcome @Latonia Parks .  Congrats on a successful 2015 and the goals to double your activity in 2016.  We are investors in the Fayetteville area as well.  We bought 5 properties last 5 (3 rentals and 2 flips) are are looking to buy 6-10 properties in 2016.
