New to Real Estate and currently overwhelmed lol.

I have always had an interest in Real Estate, mainly flipping and selling and owning rental properties. I'm sure like all of the newbies to BP I'm a little overwhelmed with where to start. I'm starting to get together a library of real estate books to learn all that I can in my free time. I'm not sure which road to take or what niche is for me. I'm leaning towards wholesale just to get started and have some money coming in from real Estate. I'm fixing to start classes soon to get my Real Estate license as well. Looking forward to talking to and getting to know members of BP.
