Just got my first home last month and looking for more amazing deals, will soon come to visit again and hope that this time will be for a longer period.

Congrats Tzook. I'm from Decatur too. I remember when I first got the REI bug.
I'm currently creating a "cheatsheet" for the process of purchasing a new investment.
I mean as for the team you need:
- agent, inspector, contractor, lawyer etc
- steps for finding deals is way to much
- but after finding a deal, what to inspect, life-cycle of the deal, estimating the price cost, rehab cost, arv, rent etc
The more I could place on paper it would be better, I'll do it on google docs and share it for the professional comments and suggestion, but I could do that only after 10 posts :)

Tzook congrads on your deal. I was in Atlanta from 2010 to 2013. Prices were amazing back then. In hind sight I should have kept more properties. We were turn key flip guys.
I was focusing on both markets Charlotte and Atlanta . If you should have any questions ask away.

Ps I still think Atlanta is one of the better market for cash flow if purchased correctly.

Make sure your CPA/attorney has experience with foreign individuals as well, especially if your business model includes selling homes, as that changes your withholding requirements at closing.
