New Investor in San Joaquin Valley California

I am a new investor who has never completed a deal yet. I would like to get my foot in the door by partnering or being mentored in real estate investment. I have an associates degree in construction management and am currently enrolled for my BS. I want an opportunity to see if real estate is for me.

wow you have an upper hand on most of the professionals in this business. Is there a mentor you can reach out within your professional group of construction. I am impressed that you know a mentor at this stage is key.

I am in looking for a mentor now. I am going to look on the forums here on BiggerPockets in the hopes of meeting someone who can guide me through this journey.
